About the role
As a Digital Product Manager Apprentice, you'll help design and deliver tools that make banking smarter, simpler and more human. You'll work on hands-on product experience plus classroom learning, seeing how user needs, data and design come together to create digital products that matter. The work includes prioritising customer-driven change, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, engaging with users, stakeholders and engineers, and analysing problems to shape solutions.
Requirements
For Leeds and Manchester apprenticeships – must be 18 years old on 1st September 2026. For Edinburgh based apprenticeships – must be 18 years old by the end of February 2027. GCSEs at grade 4–9 in both Maths and English; or Nat 5 at grades A-C in English and Maths (obtained). 3 A Levels at grade CCC; or 4 Highers at CCCC. A curious mindset and a passion for putting customers at the heart of change.

Training & development
Blended learning combining projects and tutor-led study. You'll learn customer-driven product management, user-centric design, data analysis for product management, product planning and development, and how AI is shaping the future of products.
Future prospects
By the end, you'll have a Level 4 apprenticeship in Digital Product Management, experience working at the UK's biggest digital bank, and transferable skills for a career in product, digital or tech.
