Training & development
Academic and competency training will be provided by The University of Law. The solicitor apprenticeship programme aims to equip apprentices with a thorough understanding of core legal subjects combined with in-depth practical application. A combination of work-based and online supervised study, together with practical and academic activities at ULaw campuses will prepare apprentices to undertake the Solicitors Qualifying Exam Parts 1 and 2. Apprentices will complete ULaw assessments and be awarded an LLB in Legal Practice and Skills (Hons) from ULaw.
Additional training
The firm provides technical legal training and commercial skills through the in-house Academy. Apprentices receive mentoring from supervisors in each seat, support from the Early Careers Team, pairing with a current Apprentice Buddy, and guidance from an allocated senior Solicitor mentor.
Future prospects
By the end of your apprenticeship, subject to satisfactory character and suitability, you will be a fully qualified solicitor registered with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA). You will then be invited to apply and interview for a permanent Associate Solicitor role in your preferred practice area.
Company benefits
