As part of this Consulting Degree Apprenticeship, you will study for a degree in Business Leadership and Management Practice at Northumbria University and work towards a professional qualification from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). You will join the Consulting Service Delivery (CSD) team in Newcastle, which specialises in operational delivery supporting competencies such as financial crime, conduct risk and transformation. In a project-based environment, you will work alongside a range of EY people to assist clients with their processes. Approximately 20% of your time will be spent on learning activities and 80% will be on client engagements in the Newcastle office. You will attend Northumbria University one day a week during term time for your degree, with additional study days to support continuous learning throughout the year.
