About the role

As a Digital Marketer Degree Apprentice, you'll get a fully funded degree in Digital Marketing and hands-on experience in one of the UK's largest and most ambitious marketing teams. The programme blends university study with real-world projects. You'll be applying theory from day one – running campaigns, testing ideas, analysing results – all while studying with Manchester Metropolitan University.

Requirements

18 years old on 1st September 2026. GCSEs at grade 4-9 in both Maths and English (obtained). 3 A Levels at grades BCC (can be predicted). Passion for digital marketing, creativity, and drive to learn. Valid Right to Work in the UK with visa end date extending beyond the 4-year apprenticeship duration.

Hybrid working with at least two days per week in the office

Training & development

Blended learning combining on-the-job training and university study. Year 1: Foundations of Digital Marketing (digital-first marketing, platform essentials, analytics basics, UX introduction). Year 2: Understanding the Digital Consumer (e-commerce, customer engagement, audience insights, social media management). Year 3: Strategic Digital Marketing (content marketing, brand management, measurement and performance, conversion marketing, strategy). Year 4: Business Impact & Assessment (digital business models, campaign management, end-point assessment with synoptic project).
Additional training
Access to cutting-edge tools including Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Firefly, Co-Pilot, Oracle, Workfront, Sprinklr, Tableau, and Figma. Support from manager and mentors throughout the programme.
Future prospects
Degree-qualified with BSc (Hons) Digital Marketing. Skilled with industry tools. Able to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Comfortable using data to shape ideas and measure impact. Experienced in working with stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams.

Things to consider

Hybrid working policy with at least two days a week in the office. Apprentices expected to be in office most days during initial settling-in period. Must have valid Right to Work in the UK. Visa sponsorship not available for this role due to Home Office skilled worker requirements and proposed salary not meeting minimum threshold.
