• Provide administrative support to project managers and the PMO team
• Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems
• Assist with the preparation of project plans, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Support the tracking of project milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions
• Update project management systems and ensure project data is accurate and up to date
• Produce regular project status reports and dashboard updates
• Support governance processes by preparing documentation for project reviews and steering meetings
• Assist with resource scheduling and project coordination activities
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across different departments
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and project management standards
