Business Degree Apprentices work across all business functions and variety of teams, gaining broad exposure to daily operations and management of aircraft production. The apprenticeship offers a full degree without fees in Applied Business Management BSc (Hons) delivered by Swansea University with training partners at Coleg Cambria, including day release study. Roles include operational support, environmental health & safety, security, facilities management, procurement, contract management, industrial maintenance, Airbus Operating System (Lean production), and tooling maintenance. Apprentices also work towards ILM Level 4 Diplomas in Leadership and Management, with opportunity to achieve PRINCE2 project management qualification.
