About the role
Chartered Management Degree Apprentice – Create Impact Through Leadership at Amazon. You'll take on diverse responsibilities that develop your ability to make strategic decisions, collaborate effectively, and motivate teams to deliver results. With every challenge you tackle, you'll refine your skills in communication, management, and the art of inspiring others. You'll work towards becoming a professional manager capable of handling complexity and delivering impact at both strategic and operational levels - mastering the intricacies of project management, financial acumen, innovation, and risk management.
Requirements
Be a UK national, a non-UK national with the right to work in the UK, or an EU national with settled status in the UK. Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship. Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2029. Be resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme. Not be registered on another UK government-funded course ending August 2026 or later. Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building. Have at least 2 years' supervisory experience (essential), including experience overseeing projects, operations, budgets, or teams - with accountability for delivery, outcomes, and performance. Direct line management is not required, but you must demonstrate clear ownership and oversight beyond individual contribution. You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.

Things to consider
This position is a 30-month fixed-term contract. The apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation. If you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK then a Statement of Comparability from UK ENIC is required to confirm your eligibility for the scheme. Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval.
