Training & development

Full support to complete the Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification during the contract. The full Level 6 diploma takes around 15 months to complete and is taught through blended learning. Most sessions are
delivered live via zoom. However, 2 days are delivered face-to-face with training taking place in London or in the West Midlands. There are no specific entry requirements, but you do need to be able to submit work of degree standard. We ask that you complete a pre-course assessment before your induction of approximately
500 words which will count towards your qualification. As the qualification is work-based you do need to be in a relevant role to enable access to evidence required for your assignments such as guidance interviews.
